Cosmeceuticals vs. Drugstore Brands

Cosmeceuticals will have some of the same ingredients as drugstore products. But here they're made by clinical compounding pharmacists and active ingredient specialists! We use clinical evidence combined with knowledge and a great deal of cosmetic creativity and we test it in-house. What could be better!?

There are a lot of offerings at drug stores, but through a compounding pharmacy like Designer Drugs, you're going to get the benefit of talking to a pharmacist, which is invaluable when creating or customizing a skincare routine.

As a pharmacist, it gives me a lot of joy to be able to help people in this way because there's so much to skincare and so much information and marketing out there. There are so many products, and they're so expensive! As pharmacists, we can help patients know what they really need. We’re able to consider budget, skin type, any diagnoses, etc; it’s truly customized skincare.
